You can expect daily yoga sessions that both activate and relax, as well as mindful meditations and group rituals. On Saturday, a sweat lodge ritual awaits us, which promotes deep cleansing on a physical and mental level. Throughout the retreat, the focus will be on mindful connection with nature - whether through feeling the earth beneath your feet on walks, gathering wild herbs or simply enjoying the silence by the natural pond. You will have plenty of space to exchange ideas or retreat in peace.
The program is rounded off with healthy meals and wild herb smoothies to provide your body with fresh energy. You will start the coming months feeling invigorated, relaxed and inspired.
Friday
- Afternoon: Arrival (until 4 pm) and welcome to the group
- Evening: Gentle yoga session, dinner and get-together around the campfire

- Morning: Dynamic yoga session and fresh wild herb smoothie
- Morning: Guided wild herb collection walk
- Afternoon: Osho Active Meditation, forest bathing in nature
- Evening: sweat lodge ceremony and dinner together
Sunday
- Morning: Osho Active Meditation (Dynamic) and fresh wild herb smoothie
- Morning: Nature and reflection time
- Afternoon: Dynamic yoga session, nature experience hike with all senses
- Evening: Final activity and campfire together
Whit Monday
- Morning: Yoga session and fresh wild herb smoothie
- Morning: Review of the retreat, final round
- Afternoon: final game and departure (approx. 4 pm)
The retreat is organized by Sandra Wilde and Julia von Ungern-Sternberg. With almost a decade of experience in running nature retreats and her deep love for meditation, Sandra will accompany you on a heart-opening journey of self-discovery and renewal. Julia, a passionate yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience, not only brings her expertise to the yoga practice, but also enriches us with her knowledge of wild herbs. Together they create a space full of mindfulness, warmth and community, where you can experience the magic of nature and the power of yoga to the full.
