FUNKY FLOW & YUMMY YIN
Yin Yoga, Slow Flow & Journaling
___________________________________________________
Funky Flow & Yummy Yin is aimed at anyone who wants to get involved in undogmatic
yoga, movement, dance and meditation. The morning sessions are
inspired by Tao Yoga, body therapy elements, shaking meditations, Qigong,
Somatics and flow elements that invite you to try out new things and surpass yourself
yourself - perhaps even leaving your comfort zone here and there.
here and there. In the evening, we flow into a Yin practice, let go and come to an inner peace
so that we can integrate what we have experienced during the day.
Creating a feel-good atmosphere for everyone is my top priority. In order to
to dive into the body and let go, you need the trust of the group and the
group and the knowledge of being picked up where each individual is at the moment.
Through my many years of experience with my own workshops and retreats, I have
a very keen sense of group dynamics and can accompany individual processes very well.
accompany individual processes very well. In addition, before the first yoga session we will
sit down together and have a cozy get-to-know-you session, where explicit
explicit questions and wishes can be clarified.
DAILY ROUTINE AND PHILOSOPHY
A colorful potpourri through the yoga landscape will determine our week:

THE SESSIONS IN DETAIL
The special thing about this trip is the location where we do yoga. Namely
directly by the sea with a view of the horizon, the sound of the waves in the background, the
wind in your hair and the sun on your face. For me, it's the most beautiful place in the
world to be on the mat.

TWITTER TALK
An offer for anyone who would like to get to know and try out the method of dialogue

can also be used in any relationship constellation - be it with friends or family
family and enables us to become aware of ourselves, turn towards each other
and to listen actively. This unit strengthens the group feeling and opens up the
opportunity to encounter each other more deeply. It is often a highlight of the
yoga journey!
With the yoga journey, I hope to be able to open up a space for each individual,
where both the body and the soul feel good. It is important to me that
all participants can be there with everything that makes them tick. The focus
of the week is therefore determined by the people who are part of the journey and what
they want to give and share with the group. A finer awareness of your body
body, physical exercises for everyday life, a new favorite asana, space between thoughts
thoughts, salt on your skin, a beautiful morning routine,
self-regulation techniques, a feeling for what is good for you and what is not,
friends, touching moments, a conversation technique that works for friendships and
friendships and couple relationships.

In addition to the yoga retreat, the program of our camp consists of surfing, open yoga classes for everyone, excursions and small joint events, such as a campfire. Between your fixed yoga sessions and meal times, you have the opportunity to organize your day as you wish. At the beginning of the week, there is a taster surf course for anyone who would like to try out this water sport. If you then want to try more, you can book further courses during the week or use our surf equipment yourself and jump into the water. The same applies to our yoga equipment, which is always available to you in addition to the sessions.
If you feel like it, you can also explore the region, go for a walk on the beach or hike in the Sierra D'arga, visit a local market or take a day trip to the picturesque city of Porto.
