4:30 p.m. (Fri./Sun.) (other days: 4:15 p.m.) Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation. 6:00 p.m. Dinner. 8:00 p.m. Seminar begins with meditation, mantra chanting, introductions, and a lecture.

* Some seminars with special topics also have a workshop in the afternoon from 2:00 PM/2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and there is no yoga class in the afternoon, or the exercises are integrated into the workshop. The SEMINAR BEGINS promptly at 8:00 PM with meditation. Please arrive on time.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. There is a yoga class at 4:30 PM (Fri./Sun., other days: 4:15 PM) and dinner at 6:00 PM. Weekend seminars end on Sunday at approximately 2:30 PM.
