BREATHE DEEPLY AND RECHARGE BY THE SEA I want to help you bring your body, mind, and soul back into harmony. _______________________________________________ STYLE & PHILOSOPHY Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, gratitude, and mindfulness I am delighted to be able to teach by the sea, in harmony with nature. With the sea breeze in our noses, the sound of the waves in our ears, the stones and sand beneath us. This makes it easier to reconnect with ourselves and Mother Earth. To feel gratitude for all that we have here on earth. To feel contentment with so "little," which is actually so much.
Both beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome, and thanks to the many variations in the asanas, it is possible to tailor them individually to you or your daily form. The sessions begin with a short initial relaxation before we warm up our bodies with the help of sun salutations. Powerful and dynamic asanas are more common in the morning sessions, whereas the evening sessions are more devoted to letting go and relaxing. Pranayama, or breathing exercises—ideally in the fresh sea air—are practiced before the final relaxation. In addition to the yoga classes, we also want to practice a few mindfulness exercises outside of class. I hope that my retreat will provide you with many clarifying, nourishing, and heartwarming experiences, as well as memories of a wonderful week by the sea, where you can breathe deeply, relax, and recharge your batteries. ____________________________________________________________
Beyond the yoga retreat, the Goodtimes Camp program consists of surfing, open yoga classes for everyone, excursions, and small group events, such as a campfire. Between your scheduled yoga sessions and mealtimes, you have the opportunity to plan your day however you like. At the beginning of the week, there is a taster surfing course for anyone who would like to try this water sport. If you want more, you can book further courses during the week or use our surfing equipment independently and jump into the water. The same applies to our yoga equipment, which is always available to you outside of the sessions.
If you feel like it, you can also explore the region, walk on the beach or hike in the Sierra D'arga, visit a regional market or take a day trip to the picturesque city of Porto.
