Yoga Practice
The yoga practice is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
We start the morning with meditation, pranayama, and invigorating asana practice.
In the evening, depending on the day’s activities, we practice balancing asanas, pranayama breathing exercises, and meditation.
Those who wish to do so can book private lessons.
Hiking on Karpathos
The mountains of Karpathos stretch from north to south, reaching their highest point at Kala Limni at 1,215 meters. On well-marked old mule trails, you hike through a diverse landscape—past gleaming white villages and small chapels perched above the deep-blue sea. The scent of wild thyme and sage accompanies every step. Solitude, silence, and untouched nature lend Karpathos a special atmosphere and make the island a virtually undiscovered paradise for hikers.
Climbing
The climbing routes offer an ideal opportunity, especially for beginners and intermediate climbers, to expand their skills on the rock under professional guidance or simply to try rock climbing for the first time; experts can also push their limits on challenging routes. All climbing routes are located right by the sea, and afterward we can cool off in the crystal-clear water.
