My name is Annika, I am a curative educator (BA) with certified additional training as a systemic family therapist (DGSF) and animal-assisted therapist (ISAAT).
I came to Norway myself for the first time in 2018 - shortly before a burnout and after a broken relationship, I found myself in a life crisis at the time. The incomparable magic of Norwegian nature, the gigantic fjords and mountains, the rugged coasts and the enchanted forests, touched me deeply at the time. In this overwhelming nature and vastness, my own problems suddenly seemed distant and insignificant. I began to question my previous way of life and realign myself.
Back in Germany, I set a new course. Nevertheless, I couldn't let go of my connection to this country, so in April 2024 I realized my dream and emigrated to Norway.
On one of my trips, I got to know Nina and her uniquely beautiful and charming farm in the northwest of Norway. We immediately connected, developed visions together and are therefore very happy to be able to realize this project together and to enable other seekers to have an unforgettable time and experience.

- Breathtaking nature: experience the untouched beauty of the picturesque farm in the middle of the peaceful Norwegian countryside. Located directly on the fjord (100 meters to the water) and surrounded by forests and mountains, you will be immersed in a tranquil atmosphere that will put you at ease from the very first minute.
- Time out from everyday life: switch off, leave your hectic everyday life behind and enjoy a well-deserved break (maybe even without your smartphone for once?). Your focus is only on you - on your body, mind and soul.
- Grounding and pause program: let yourself be touched by the peace and magic of the place and come back to yourself. Therapeutic one-to-one sessions and workshops to help you reduce stress, get back in touch with your resources, boundaries, true heart's desires and passions and return to your inner strength and power. Meditations, leisure activities in and with nature, and time at your own disposal - feel inside yourself, you alone will know what is right for you right now.
- Community and exchange: Spend time with like-minded women who are overcoming similar challenges. Use the space to connect, inspire and grow together.
Who is this retreat for?
For women who are used to functioning, who give (too?) much to others around the clock and do (too?) little for themselves. For women who want a break from constant "multitasking" and are looking for a place to meet themselves in a new way.

- Daily therapeutic discussion sessions in individual and group settings outside in nature and/or with animal support. I work with my therapy dog (and work-life balance expert) Bolle or the other animals on the farm - sheep, chickens, horse and pony, llamas ...
