In nature, life shows its magnificent side. This week we want to do the same and explore and realign our energies from root to crown in order to finally be able to fully unfold.
In five dynamic yoga sessions in the morning, we will awaken our energy with a [creative] Vinyasa flow. We use balancing postures to strengthen our sense of security and our ability to leave our comfort zone with confidence and trust. Strengthening and heart-opening postures also support us in discovering and daring new things with confidence and courage. The motto in the morning: ground yourself and (perhaps surpass yourself) grow.
In three gentle yin yoga classes in the afternoon, we enjoy calm, stretching yoga postures and deepen the connection to our body and our feelings. Affirmations help us to focus our awareness on all that is good and to feel gratitude.
The motto in the early evening: pause and be content. We sharpen all our senses and intuition with breathing exercises and meditations. With playful dance exercises, we stimulate our creativity and create a sense of connection. We listen to the sea and the inner voice, whose words we also let flow onto paper. Together we create a beautiful time and a safe space for joy, abundance, change and shared growth.
In addition to the yoga retreat, the program of our camp consists of surfing, open yoga classes for everyone, excursions and small joint events, such as a campfire. Between your fixed yoga sessions and meal times, you have the opportunity to organize your day as you wish. At the beginning of the week, there is a taster surf course for anyone who would like to try out this water sport. If you then want more, you can book further courses during the week or use our surf equipment and jump into the water yourself. The same applies to our yoga equipment, which is always available to you in addition to the sessions.
If you feel like it, you can also explore the region, go for a walk on the beach or hike in the Sierra D'arga, visit a local market or take a day trip to the picturesque city of Porto.
