Dear woman, find the YES to yourself—the world needs you! Do you feel drained, exhausted, stuck in a process of change, or in urgent need of time for yourself? Are you tired of your mediocre life, want to reorient yourself, and feel that there is so much more out there?

Do you want to get out of the rat race and the constant hustle and bustle and experience peace and quiet within yourself? Of course, this doesn't happen overnight or by itself. I invite you to take the first step. Step into a new freshness. Get closer to yourself and the love you carry within you.

This seminar is about learning to accept yourself more and more in your wholeness. Strengthening and rediscovering your feminine values and remembering your primal feminine power. We will explore what it means to be a woman and want to rediscover what is often lost in our stressful everyday lives, bring it into our consciousness, and open our hearts.

We live in turbulent times of upheaval, in which feminine powers are quickly lost. Especially in these times of upheaval, a new self-image is needed in order to release the primal feminine energy. We let go of ideas and concepts about how we should be as women and break free from old dependencies and limiting behavior patterns.

You will learn various mindfulness exercises and we will visit a place of power and a healing spring (weather permitting) – a magical place – where we will share our experiences and relax deeply. A healing and special women's retreat awaits you! You are very welcome!

You should be physically fit enough to hike for 1.5 hours. The walk to the place of power takes about half an hour downhill. The way back is uphill and through the forest. The path is beautiful and easy to manage if you are of normal fitness. Otherwise, there are no requirements. You will be met mindfully wherever you are with your consciousness. However, if you have an acute mental illness, this seminar is not suitable for you. If in doubt, please mention this in your inquiry and we will personally assess whether the seminar is suitable for you.

Accommodation

Book a room of your choice. You can stay in a shared room from €22, or book a standard single room for €50 or a room in a higher category. Once you have received a seminar code from me, you will need to book the room yourself, quoting this code.

Catering

Full vegetarian board costs €43 per day and includes a very generous buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is delicious Asian and German cuisine, and my seminar participants so far have been delighted. Book your meals when you book your room.

Schedule for your stay: You are welcome to check into your room from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and settle in. Take a walk, get your bearings, and let the energy of the surroundings sink in. The group will meet at 5:30 p.m., and after dinner together, the seminar will begin at 7 p.m.

The content for this evening is: getting to know the group, a shared ritual for the retreat, a cleansing breathing meditation with music, and group discussion. I design the rest of the program very intuitively, based on the here and now. This is what makes my seminars so special and lively. It is important to me to respond to the group in the best possible way. This cannot be planned.

On Sunday around 3:00 p.m., we will conclude the seminar with a ritual.

Arrival

BuddhasWeg is easily accessible by public transport. Take the train to Mannheim and then to Weinheim. From there, take the bus. The bus stop is right in front of the monastery.

I found the retreat very fulfilling. Tina, our course leader, was very empathetic and was able to take care of all of us very intensively since we were only four participants. The talks and exercises were extremely helpful for me and helped me to gain new insights about myself. Unfortunately I was not so happy about my room, the mattress was sagging, luckily there was a second bed in the room, in the bathroom several tiles were loose, and the drainage in the shower and sink could have been better. And the view of the backyard was not particularly impressive either - hence only four stars.

Full refund up to 42 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 41 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

You also have the option of taking out private cancellation insurance for seminar trips. The early bird price ends 6 weeks before the seminar begins and is €310. After that, it is €350. It is therefore worth booking early, which also guarantees you a room. If you still want to attend at short notice, please ask if there are any places still available.
