Course of the week
Day 1: Arrival, getting to know each other - dinner in the restaurant in the evening
Day 2: Yoga + assessment and basics + yoga for the back
Day 3: Yoga + Alignment, mission and vision: where do I want to go? + laughter yoga - focus on polyvagal theory + vagus nerve - dinner at the yoga center or nearby
Day 4: Focus on blockages and obstacles - yoga to balance the nervous system & psyche - cooking at Godewind
Day 5: Morning yoga + free day - excursion by boat - meal in the restaurant
Day 6: Focus on inner strength - activating resources - craniosacral relaxation - evening "future party" - ordering food
Day 7: Integration of experiences, farewell, yoga, departure or end of the day
Daily schedule:
Morning: Yoga - start the day with joy and a good body feeling
Breakfast: We will have breakfast together in the Villa Godewind. We will organize ourselves.
During the day: Time for you or for group activities - for example hiking, activities on the beach, excursions, cycling, playing and having fun together
(Late) afternoon: yoga and workshop - inspiration, sharing, guided meditations, plus dance or meditation if necessary
Dinner: We will have dinner in different ways: together in a restaurant, cooking together at Villa Godewind, or ordering something at the yoga center.
Evening: A cozy get-together, games, possibly another yoga session (yoga nidra, yin yoga, chanting mantras)
