"The portrait"
This course offers the opportunity to work intensively on the study of the head according to the model, for which various people are available. On the first day, small, relaxed posture and proportion studies as well as technical preparations of the framework are carried out. The focus will be on naturalistic portrait studies, formal and stylistic questions will be suggested and discussed. Suggestions can be taken from the observation of works by well-known sculptors. We will be working in clay, the cast is not part of the course, but outside the course times there is the opportunity to create a plaster negative of a portrait independently.
