What is the goal of constellations?
Constellation work is about clarifying and resolving connections between personal problems and unconscious, unhealthy entanglements within one’s own family system. Where we live in conflict with our own family background, our other social relationships are often affected as well.
Unconsciously, we transfer problematic behavioral patterns from our family of origin to our partnerships, to colleagues, and to how we interact with our own children.
When we uncover the dynamics of our own entanglements and can release ourselves from them with love and respect, this often leads, even in a short time, to looking back on our past with reconciliation. In this way, we free ourselves from old role structures and can shape our lives more freely and authentically.
Systemic constellations are a valuable tool for stimulating wholeness, growth, and awareness. They can be applied to all areas of human life, whether it involves improving personal relationships, promoting health, achieving professional success, resolving conflicts, or fostering mental and spiritual growth.
It is a very intensive method that uncovers obstacles between us and our goals and releases new energies to restore the “orders of love,” so that we can take our rightful place in life and within our families. Then we can tap into our power and forge our own new paths.
In the constellations, one’s own life themes, questions, and especially relationships with other people are spatially arranged in relation to one another with the help of representatives, thereby making them visible.
Through the interaction of the representatives and the opportunity to view the issue from the outside in this way, connections become visible, entanglements and conflicts can be resolved, and the family and relationship system can be reorganized. You will gain a deeper understanding of the causes of illness symptoms, conflicts, and blockages.
In Integral Healing Work, we combine body and breath work, energy healing, and consciousness exercises.
Healing yoga in the morning attunes our mind and body to the constellation work.
