Healing retreat at Hohenfels Castle

The retreat focuses on learning and practicing a healing meditation. With the power of your thoughts and ideas, you support your immune system and ensure a positive and balanced attitude to life.

The essential content of the meditation is light. Light that you absorb into your body or already find in it. This light will warm you and support well-being and healing processes. In the retreat you can get to know three variations of this meditation, which I would like to name: light of the sky, light of the earth, light of the heart.
You can integrate this meditation into your daily routine or use it when you feel you need it. Either way, you will certainly appreciate its beneficial effect.

The retreat takes place almost during the darkest days of the year. This is a time when the course of the year supports turning inwards and igniting the light that is missing on the outside. It is therefore also a good idea to use light body meditation to accompany the Raunächte. You will receive corresponding suggestions in the retreat.

We start and end the day with rituals that incorporate physical exercises from the Wyda. This also supports your health.
