What you can expect
A health retreat is a wonderful opportunity to revitalize your body and mind. Here is an overview of what you can expect on our retreat:
Arrival and welcome
When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed and given an introduction to the program. You will have the opportunity to get to know the other participants and familiarize yourself with the hotel facilities.
Daily activities
Yoga and meditation: we start the day with relaxing yoga and meditation sessions to help you clear your mind and stretch your body.
Healthy food: enjoy delicious, nutritious meals specifically designed to nourish and strengthen your body.
Workshops and lectures: Attend informative workshops and lectures covering topics such as healthy living, stress management.
Nature experiences: Take the opportunity to explore nature, whether through a guided hike, walks or simply spending time in a tranquil environment.
Day 1 (½ day) - Arrive & pause for a moment
Focus: presence in the moment, inner peace, first steps towards mindfulness
Getting to know each other
Talk and assessment of the current situation
Yoga session for all levels
Day 2 - Gratitude & awareness
Focus: appreciation of the moment, mindful seeing and feeling
Morning Vinyasa Yoga (for all who wish)
Impulse talk by Ascan Hertz (topic: happy & healthy living)
Barefoot forest bathing - experience in nature
Time for yourself - spa & wellness
Day 3 - Inner peace & self-care
Focus: self-compassion, emotional balance, inner peace
Morning routine - strength, balance & flexibility
Lecture - Mindful or distracted, based on Johanna Katzera
Nordic walking
Local community event
Time for you - Spa & Wellness
Day 4 - Thoughts & awareness
Focus: Mindfulness in thinking, consciously directing attention
Slow Balance Flow
Hike - mindfulness, relaxation in the fresh air
Time for yourself - spa & wellness
Day 5 - Emotions & stress
Focus: interpreting feelings correctly, coping with stress, creating structure
Pilates
Lecture - dealing with feelings
Stressor analysis - current stress hierarchy
Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR)
Time for yourself - spa & wellness
Day 6 (½ day) - Reflection & parting ways
Focus: gaining insights, classifying behavior, supporting personal development
Qi Gong
Lecture - mindfulness, based on Johanna Katzera
Final round - individual and group reflection, resolutions and joint future continuation of the group
