Sleep is our original source of regeneration - and yet many people get out of sync in modern everyday life. Overstimulation, inner restlessness or the feeling of "not being able to switch off" have a direct impact on the quality of sleep. This retreat invites you to find peace, relieve your nervous system and discover new ways to achieve restful sleep.
The focus is on gentle breathing techniques, Qi Gong exercises and impulses from modern chronobiology. You will learn how sleep can be positively influenced - through exercise, nutrition, conscious relaxation and mindful evening routines. It's not just about falling asleep, but about arriving deeply within yourself.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, you will above all experience the power of practice: coherent breathing, small rituals, acupressure points, meditative sessions and sleep-promoting impulses from East and West. The program is complemented by the healing contact with nature, the warm ambience of the Kleebauer Hof and the healthy vegetarian-vegan catering.
These days will give you a new body feeling - and the certainty that restful sleep is possible again. Take home tools suitable for everyday use - as loving companions for your night's sleep.
Scope of the program:
The retreat begins on the day of arrival at 4.00 pm with a first session. On the following days, you can expect two 2-hour practice sessions each day. The morning is mostly practice-oriented, the afternoon offers space for in-depth knowledge, exchange and relaxation.
On the day of departure, there is a final session in the morning, followed by breakfast together and departure.
