"Heart Clarification" is a 1:1 retreat for people who want to break free from just such an intense, painful, or confusing love connection, who want to gather themselves back together again, who want to continue on their path not with resentment, but with clarity and an open heart. The retreat takes place in the lush nature of the Styrian Murtal valley, surrounded by forests, meadows, water, and rolling mountains. No Wi-Fi, no everyday life, no distractions. Instead, birdsong, plenty of fresh air, and the sound of the stream. Just you, nature, and a safe space where your heart can find peace. You will be well looked after and receive personal and attentive support.
Depending on what arises, I work with energetic and shamanic elements. These include letting go rituals, soul retrieval, breaking down heart walls, and similar methods. Everything is done gently and adapted to your personal process. In between, there is enough solo time for forest time, walks, afternoon naps, or journaling. In the evening, a fire can mark the transition, as a visible sign that a phase of your life is coming to an end.
