The beauty of spring is that it always comes when you need it most... :-) Spring is already in the starting blocks, but winter isn't quite over yet – and we're stuck in the middle, somewhere between cold and warm, cosiness and the urge to move, winter blues and spring fever. The ideal time to find balance and movement and really recharge your batteries with spring energy! This weekend, you will enjoy invigorating and peaceful yoga sessions, beautiful meditations, at least one hike through the Black Forest, vegan/vegetarian and Ayurvedic cuisine, and a beautiful yoga farm surrounded by nature. Enjoy three wonderfully soothing days just for you Our yoga retreat takes place in a lovingly restored farmhouse surrounded by the nature of the Black Forest, outside the village of Langenschiltach near St. Georgen. A place that is both magical and powerful and guarantees absolute peace and quiet. Here you will be pampered with plenty of space and time for yourself, while at the same time enjoying the company of a small group of like-minded people. Our retreats are themed around the seasons. We practice yoga as often as possible and offer additional activities such as herbal walks or meditation in the great outdoors.
In addition to yoga and the supporting program for body, mind, and soul, our offer is complemented by fresh dishes every day, mostly made with regional and seasonal products from local farms.
