The beauty of spring is that it always comes when you need it most... :-) Spring is already in the starting blocks, but winter isn't quite over yet – and we're stuck in the middle, somewhere between cold and warm, cosiness and the urge to move, winter blues and spring fever. The ideal time to find balance and movement and really recharge your batteries with spring energy! This weekend, you will enjoy invigorating and peaceful yoga sessions, beautiful meditations, at least one hike through the Black Forest, vegan/vegetarian and Ayurvedic cuisine, and a beautiful yoga farm surrounded by nature. And on top of that: lots of basic Ayurveda knowledge for your everyday life. It can be easy to slowly say goodbye to our beloved winter habits and let new springtime impulses into our lives. Time to recharge, relax, move, dream, and let your soul unwind... Sometimes all we need is a little time for ourselves, beautiful surroundings, and to let the world come to rest. Our program of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, self-awareness & immersion, nature and culinary experiences aims to give you new inspiration to go through the day feeling alive, open, inspired, powerful, and with a happy smile on your face.

Enjoy three wonderfully soothing days just for you Our yoga retreat takes place in a lovingly restored farmhouse surrounded by the nature of the Black Forest, outside the village of Langenschiltach near St. Georgen. A place that is both magical and powerful and guarantees absolute peace and quiet. Here you will be pampered with plenty of space and time for yourself, while at the same time enjoying the company of a small group of like-minded people. Our retreats are themed around the seasons. We practice yoga as often as possible and offer additional activities such as herbal walks or meditation in the great outdoors.
In addition to yoga and the supporting program for body, mind, and soul, our offer is complemented by fresh dishes every day, mostly made with regional and seasonal products from local farms. Feeling good on all levels is simply important to us. This weekend is for you if you enjoy practicing yoga, already have some previous experience, and love exercise and nature.

In our seminar courtyard, a beautiful space for yoga and exercise, we practice yoga, meet for the supporting program, and also eat there. However, we cannot stay overnight directly on the farm.
Within walking distance or a few minutes' drive away, there are beautiful traditional inns, chic hotels with saunas, very nice vacation apartments, and now—Black Forest Tiny Houses (highly recommended!).
Depending on the room category, prices range from €35.00 to €62.00 per night in a double room or from €65.00 in a single room. Please book your accommodation yourself from our list of suggestions, which you will receive with the booking contract – there is certainly something to suit every taste and budget!

Catering

In addition to yoga and the supporting program for body, mind, and soul, our offer is complemented by daily fresh vegetarian and vegan dishes from Ayurvedic cuisine, prepared with regional and seasonal products from local farms. Allergies? Food intolerances? No problem—just let us know before you arrive.

Arrival

By train: St. Georgen is located directly on the Black Forest railway line between Karlsruhe and Konstanz.
By car: The A81 Stuttgart/Singen motorway also provides good connections if you are traveling by car. The nearest airport (approx. 1.5 hours) is Stuttgart. It may also be possible to travel together with other guests – please indicate when registering whether this is an option for you, and we will be happy to put you in touch with them.
