Ms. Klaedtke will accompany you on a weekend-long search for local herbs and give you a comprehensive insight into how to make your own herbal recipes - whether for refining dishes or for a small medicine chest. The course includes delicious meals for breakfast, a coffee and cake buffet and a 3-course menu for dinner.

Please have weatherproof clothing ready, you will spend a lot of time in the fresh air collecting your own herbs.
The processing then also takes place in the group under supervision.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 22 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, you will receive a 70% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 3 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, if you cancel up to the day of arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
