All about herbs - experience exciting, interesting days! The meadows and forest around the Pichlschloss in the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park, in the district of Murau/Styria, are the ideal environment for acquiring herbal knowledge. A healthy, natural environment, the nearby forest and the natural meadows offer ideal conditions for these days. Tina Rosenkranz will accompany you as you collect herbs and wild vegetables, explain how they are processed and used and share her extensive knowledge with you. In addition to the variety of flavors, the healing properties of herbs are also an important topic.

Recipes to take away

At the Pichlschloss we cook and live according to slow-food principles. We produce our own jam, jarred delicacies, cheese, sausages and spreads. Beef, pork and fish come as far as possible from the farm surrounding the Pichlschloss. The breakfast eggs are laid for you by our hens.
Most of the salad and herbs come from our own garden.
