Perched on one of the hills of Santa Eulalia, the 287 sqm finca in typical Ibiza style offers breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains in a peaceful and natural setting. Surrounded by lush greenery, lawns and fruit trees, the finca invites you to relax and unwind in the shade of the vines.

The open plan living area has a cozy sitting area and an indoor dining area that leads onto a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances such as an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and more - perfect for preparing meals at home.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, terrace access with sea view (main level).
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (main level).
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (main level).
Bedroom 4: Double bed (lower level).

Bathroom 1: Bathtub (next to bedrooms 1 and 2).
Bathroom 2: Shower (near bedroom 3).
Bathroom 3: Shower (lower level near bedroom 4).

A cozy second living area with fireplace and private entrance is located on the lower level.

The finca is located just 2 km from the lively gastronomic and shopping scene of Santa Eulalia del Rio, with beaches such as Niu Blau and Cala Pada just a short drive away.

I recommend booking a rental car in advance, as our villa is located outside Santa Eularia and you can use the free time from 4 pm to explore the island.
