It's easy to be amazed by the beauty that surrounds you. Again and again. Each of our rooms is a special kind of retreat. Small, refined, cozy.

Catering

All meals at the Mountain Retreat Center are vegetarian-vegan. The most important meal of the day, at least according to the Chinese, is breakfast. That's why we place particular emphasis on a good, healthy breakfast – always including warm porridge. For lunch, you can enjoy soup, bread, and spreads, and in the evening, you will be treated to a delicious buffet with salad, creative vegetarian-vegan main courses, and dessert. Always fresh and cooked with seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Food intolerances can be accommodated if notified in advance.

sequence

The shared journey begins with an opening circle, which sets the tone for the days ahead. In a calm atmosphere, you turn your attention inward and set a personal intention for the retreat. A gentle ritual helps you to consciously formulate your wishes and themes and to put them into practice with clarity—supported by mindfulness and the supportive group dynamic.

The morning sessions are dedicated to Vinyasa Yoga. Dynamic, flowing sequences connect breath and movement, strengthen the body, and promote presence and mental clarity. The practice is structured in such a way that you start the day powerfully while developing a keen sense of your own rhythm.

In the evening, the space opens up for deeper relaxation and creative expression. Gentle yoga sessions, free dance, and sound healing have a regulating effect on the nervous system and invite you to consciously bring the day to a close. Sounds from crystal singing bowls or the shamanic drum accompany these sessions and support a state of calm, openness, and inner focus.

A special element of this retreat is dance: free, rhythmic, and without guidelines. It allows you to perceive the body beyond forms, release tension, and express yourself in an immediate, lively way. The retreat concludes with a group circle with a tea ceremony and silent reflections. Here, the experience is reflected upon, integrated, and taken away with you—as a calm, clear experience that can continue to have an effect in everyday life. What you will take away from the retreat: - New energy and clarity through flowing movement and breath - A deeper awareness of your body and more confidence in your own rhythm
- Experiences with sound, dance, and rituals that provide lasting relaxation and centering - Impulses for conscious alignment that you can integrate into your everyday life Program schedule Arrival day: 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Program unit Full retreat days:
