Picturesquely situated on a gentle hill in the heart of Mallorca, our finca is the ideal place to linger and reflect on the important things in life. An oasis of tranquillity surrounded by olive groves and fig trees with a variety of recreational opportunities. Relax by the pool, on a walk through the garden or in our spacious spa with indoor pool, saunas and massage offers.

Catering

We pamper your palate with vegetarian-vegan full board. Enjoy a feel-good breakfast with Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, home-baked bread and much more until 11 am. In the late afternoon, you can fortify yourself with freshly prepared soups and salads before being invited to a buffet with vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.

At the Son Manera Retreat Finca, yoga and endurance sports become the perfect combination. Are you a runner and want to improve your running technique in order to run more joyfully and healthily? Do you practise yoga and want to discover running as a way to combine endurance and relaxation? Come with us on a journey that is both training and regeneration. Your program leader will show you how to achieve your goals in sport and find your center.

During the running sessions, you will notice how yoga changes your posture and breathing, making it the ideal practice for athletes. Strength, stretching and flexibility develop on the yoga mat. And a feeling of deep relaxation and inner balance. Flow through yoga flows, feel the possibilities of your breathing with pranayama and stretch and lengthen your muscles with fascial stretching.

The program is suitable for yoga beginners and experienced practitioners as well as for anyone who has already had some running experience and can run continuously for at least 30 minutes.

Arrival

Three free shared transfers are organized on Saturdays.

TIP: In order to be flexible for the trip to the beach and exploring the surrounding area, we recommend booking a rental car.

The transfer is included at the following times: (approximate values, can be slightly adjusted by the finca) Departure from Mallorca Airport: 14.00 h, 17.00 h & 20.00 h Departure from the Retreat Finca Son Manera: 07.00 h, 10.00 h & 13.00 h Individual transfers at other times and other days are possible at any time for a fee (€ 75,-).
