Emotional Clarity · Inner Stability · Meditation, Mindfulness & Movement
From Friday, July 10, to Sunday, July 12, 2026, a practice-oriented workshop with horses will take place at the Biolandhaus Arche in St. Oswald and at the neighboring Noriker stud farm Gesson.
The workshop combines guided meditations, conscious relaxation and mindfulness exercises, short nature walks, as well as mindful encounters and spiritual connection with the horses.
This combination helps to calm the mind, release emotional tension, and restore a stable inner balance.
Working with the interplay of nature, movement, stillness, and horses promotes grounding, clarity, and a conscious reconnection with one’s own inner alignment.
The workshop is profound, calm, and at the same time relieving, and is aimed at people who want to take time for inner order, emotional stabilization, and reorientation.

The location for the Ark was chosen deliberately: above the fog line and with a sweeping view. The visual journey takes us from Slovenia and Italy through Styria and back to Carinthia. The most striking peak is Triglav in the Julian Alps, rising to 2,864 meters. Turning westward from the Carnic Alps, the Dobratsch, Gerlitzen, Nockberge, and Niedere Tauern rise up. This view is fantastic, impressive, and soothing all at once. It’s no wonder that the panoramic view rooms are among the favorites.
Accommodation & Full Board (Biolandhaus Arche):
Single room: €122 per night
Double room: €112 per night
At Carinthia’s first organic hotel, organic ingredients are prepared in a vegetarian style. According to Dr. M. O. Bruker’s nutritional philosophy, these foods are “alive”—rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and unsaturated fats. One-third of the menu consists of raw foods. The breakfast buffet features plenty of fruits and vegetables. And dinner begins with a large serving of salad. We are also happy to prepare vegan or gluten-free meals.
The menu features what’s in season and grown locally. For example: asparagus and strawberries in the spring. Leafy greens and cherries in the summer. Pumpkin and apples in the fall. Root vegetables and dried fruits in the winter. Exceptions prove the rule. Then things get exotic—with passion fruit and dates at the breakfast buffet or pakoras, Indian vegetable fritters in batter, as a main course. Because we like to be a little crazy. And we were proud to be awarded the Grüne Haube in 1994 for our natural cuisine.
