In the morning, we move mindfully in nature. With practical exercises, mindfulness can be easily and imperceptibly integrated into everyday life. It happens in the present moment and brings body and mind into harmony.
We then practise yoga with activating flows and hatha yoga in combination with gentle back asanas. In the evening sessions, the focus is on Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation, mantra chanting and ZENbo® Balance.
In ZENbo@ Balance we will integrate meditation at the beginning of a course unit, followed by a movement part consisting of a gentle mix of yoga asanas and Qi Gong. Through movement elements that require a high degree of balance, an attitude of ZEN is achieved, a state of being in the here and now.
Finally, we use a relaxation phase with exercises from progressive muscle relaxation or a body scan to become even more aware of the deep mental and physical relaxation that sets in after a physical training series.
