Our daily lives are full of digital stimuli, constant distractions, and mental overload. That’s exactly why a digital detox is a central part of this day. Only when the outside world quiets down can the world inside you become calmer as well. This creates space for true rest, new clarity, and a connection to yourself.
AUFATMEN gives you a whole day just for yourself—a safe space where you can let go, recharge, and realign yourself internally. Through the personal guidance of Mina and Madeline, an atmosphere of depth, warmth, and attentiveness is created, where you can feel seen, supported, and truly valued.
Surrounded by nature, mindfulness, coaching, and creative inspiration, you’ll gradually step away from the constant mental noise and reconnect with yourself. In group coaching sessions, we’ll explore together what’s on your mind right now, identify connections, and gain clarity for the path ahead. Creative processes help you let go of your thoughts, bring inner issues to light, and discover new perspectives.
Nature-based therapeutic elements, forest bathing, and mindful meditations provide you with grounding, calm, and renewed strength. Mindful exercises for the body and nervous system support you in releasing tension, finding your center, and experiencing lasting relaxation. Supportive interactions within the group also show you that you’re not alone in facing these issues.

Nature-based therapeutic elements and time spent together outdoors will ground you, bring you peace, and recharge your energy. Through forest bathing and mindful meditation, you’ll experience nature with all your senses—and in the process, reconnect with yourself.

Mindful exercises throughout the day enhance your body awareness, regulate your nervous system, and create space for deep relaxation.

- Creative session with your symbol to take home
- Immersion and movement in nature, engaging our senses
- Meditations on mindful awareness
- Coffee and cake
- Closing ritual
