In the midst of the Bavarian Alps, nestled in the tranquil beauty of the Chiemgau region, this retreat offers a protected space to rediscover your own rhythm. The yoga practice is based on the four inner seasons - spring, summer, fall and winter - and accompanies you through the different energy qualities that each phase brings with it.
It is not about performance or perfection. Rather, the focus is on mindfulness, self-awareness and cyclical awareness. What does a "spring day" on the mat feel like? When is it time for fire, when for retreat? All of this can be explored and felt - in movement and in stillness.
The practice is complemented by lovingly prepared knowledge impulses, creative work, experiencing nature and sharing. You will receive tools suitable for everyday use to take what you have experienced home with you - as a reminder that your inner wisdom always guides you.
This time-out for women combines elements of yoga, embodiment, coaching, tantric teachings, energy work and plant knowledge. A holistic approach to bring body, mind and soul into harmony - at your pace, at your rhythm.
Scope of the program:
The program starts at 16.00 h with the first session, on the following days two sessions of two hours each day. The departure day includes one session - departure is after breakfast together.
