The program is aimed at people who want to move their bodies consciously—regardless of whether they are new to exercise or already have experience. The sessions are clearly structured and designed so that you can find your own individual approach. The focus is on mindful interaction with your own body and the quality of movement.
The morning session focuses on yoga and Pilates elements. Gentle mobilization, conscious strengthening from the core, and flowing movement sequences promote stability, flexibility, and an upright posture. Calm, meditative moments help you to arrive in your body and deepen the effect of the exercises. At the same time, space is created to gather your thoughts and start the day consciously.
In the afternoon, the practice opens up and becomes freer. Building on the content of the morning, creative movement sequences with dance elements are developed. The focus is on one's own sense of movement, exploring rhythm, and finding an individual flow of movement. Dance is understood not as a technique, but as a means of expression—free, mindful, and supported by the group.
The combination of structured practice and open movement creates a balance between stability and freedom. The retreat invites you to develop strength and flexibility, refine your body awareness, and experience movement as a source of presence and lightness.
