The individual stress and emotion management program according to the MBestcare Method follows a structured, scientifically based process that is tailored to personal needs and goals.
During the nine days, participants receive daily individual treatments and tailored sessions in the areas of mindfulness, chi kung (qigong), stress management coaching and therapeutic bodywork.
Between sessions, there is plenty of time for rest, self-reflection and using the natural environment to de-stress mentally.
A mindful guided nature walk, a vibroacoustic sound bath and diagnostic and integrative discussions complete the process.
The entire process promotes cognitive clarity, emotional stability, autonomic nervous system balance and sustainable resilience.

The return transfers from Tenerife North or South Airport to the Hotel Tigaiga are included in the program.
