Program:
- 1â2 yoga classes daily (100 minutes each)
Friday & Sunday afternoons starting at 4:30 p.m.: a special yoga class to help you settle in and unwind (including meditation, an introduction, and a welcome)
- Meditation twice daily
with or without guidance, as desired; mantra chanting; short talk or reading
- 1â2 talks every day
thorough introduction to all aspects of holistic yoga, meditation, healthy nutrition, and healthy lifestyle, or massage workshops
- Afternoon walks, excursions, and hikes in beautiful natural surroundings, in consultation with the group
- Twice-daily abundant vegan buffet featuring fresh, delicious salads, fruit, muesli, bread, jams, and hot dishesâall guaranteed organic
- Free supplementary activities
such as Nordic walking, guided meditative walks, daily fire ceremonies, mantra recitation, sound massage, and much more
Upon request, you can book additional massages or consultations, such as a yoga therapy consultation, during which our therapists can advise you on specific ailments and work with you to develop a personalized exercise plan, or an Ayurveda consultation with valuable tips for a diet and lifestyle tailored to your constitution. And of course, you can pamper yourself with Ayurvedic and other massages and unwind in the Ayurvedic relaxation oasisâpure relaxation!
Arrival Day (Sunday):
Please arrive by 7:00 PM at the latest.
Check-in available from 1:00 PM; rooms available from 3:00 PM.
4:30 p.m. (Fri./Sun.) (other days: 4:15 p.m.) Asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8:00 PM: Seminar begins with meditation, mantra chanting, introductions, and a lecture.

7:00 AM: Meditation, mantra chanting, short reading, lecture
9:15 AM: Yoga class, pranayama, deep relaxation
11:00 AM: Brunch (breakfast/lunch)
1:00â2:00 p.m. Walk/hike/excursion, etc., until 4:00 p.m. followed by a yoga class, or the entire afternoon without a yoga classâsubject to agreement with the participants, or alternatively, subject to agreement:

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. At 4:30 PM (Fri./Sun., other days: 4:15 PM) there is a yoga class, and at 6:00 PM dinner (both free of charge or included). Weekend seminars end on Sunday at approx. 2:30/3:00 p.m.; longer seminars end on the last day after brunch at approx. 12:00 p.m.
