Program: - 1-2 yoga classes daily (100 min each) Friday & Sunday afternoon from 4:30 p.m.: special yoga class to arrive and unwind (including meditation, introduction, and welcome)
- 2x daily meditation with or without guidance, mantra chanting, short lecture or reading - Every day 1-2 lectures providing a thorough introduction to all aspects of holistic yoga, meditation, healthy eating and healthy lifestyle, or massage workshops - Afternoon walks, excursions, hikes in beautiful natural surroundings in consultation with the group
- Twice daily, a rich vegan buffet with fresh, delicious salads, fruit, muesli, bread, jams, and hot dishes—all guaranteed to be organically grown - Free supporting programs such as Nordic walking, guided meditative walks, daily fire ceremony, mantra recitation, sound massage, and much more
On request, you can book additional massages or consultations, such as a yoga therapy consultation, during which our therapists can advise you on specific complaints and work out a personalized exercise plan with you, or an Ayurveda consultation with valuable tips for a type-appropriate diet and lifestyle. And, of course, you can pamper yourself with Ayurvedic and other massages and let your soul unwind in the Ayurvedic oasis of calm – pure relaxation! Arrival day (Sunday): Please arrive by 7:00 p.m. at the latest. Arrival possible from 1:00 p.m.; rooms available from 3:00 p.m.

1:00/2:00 p.m. Walk/hike/excursion, etc., until 4:00 p.m. followed by yoga class, or the entire afternoon without yoga class – as agreed with the participants or alternatively, as agreed: 2:30 p.m. Workshop/lecture

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. At 4:30 p.m. (Fri/Sun, other days: 4:15 p.m.) there is a yoga class and at 6:00 p.m. dinner (both free of charge or included). Weekend seminars end on Sunday at approx. 2:30/3:00 p.m., longer seminars end on the last day after brunch at approx. 12:00 p.m.
