Picturesquely situated on a gentle hill in the heart of Mallorca, our finca is the ideal place to unwind and reflect on life’s simple pleasures. An oasis of tranquility surrounded by olive groves and fig trees, offering a variety of ways to relax. Unwind by the pool, take a stroll through the garden, or visit our spacious spa, which features an indoor pool, saunas, and massage services.

Catering

We’ll treat your taste buds to all-inclusive vegetarian and vegan meals. Enjoy our feel-good breakfast—featuring Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fresh fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, homemade bread, and much more—until 11 a.m. In the late afternoon, recharge with freshly prepared soups and salads, before being invited to a buffet featuring vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.

The process begins on the mat: flowing mixed-style sequences activate the body in the morning, strengthen your presence, and bring your breath into a clear rhythm. In the late afternoon, a gentle Yin practice leads you into depth—held poses, mindful breathing, and meditative elements open up spaces that often remain closed off in daily life.

Each yoga practice is dedicated to a life theme—not just in thought, but through the body. Themes such as letting go & trust, inner strength, self-worth, or clarity and alignment become tangibly experiential. The body remembers—and that is precisely where this retreat begins.

Each session is followed by a mindful journaling and reflection period. Through guided writing prompts, coaching tools, and inspiring questions, space is created to put experiences into words. What has emerged on the mat can now be understood and integrated.

The Son Manera Retreat Finca, picturesquely situated on a hill, offers the ideal setting for this inner journey with its expansive grounds of 77,000 square meters of green space and views across the countryside. Between sessions, the spacious pool area and the many cozy spots on the finca invite you to integrate your experiences. The vegetarian-vegan full-board meals help you feel light and well-nourished.

Program Details
Two two-hour sessions daily from Sunday to Friday:
Mixed-style yoga in the morning (energizing & centering), Yin Yoga in the afternoon (calm & integrating).

Arrival

Arrival is on Saturdays in Palma de Mallorca. Arrival on other days is possible upon request.

We would be happy to book your flight for you. We will research flight options for you from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, or wherever you wish to depart from. Prices are offered at the current online rate plus a service fee. Flight prices can change several times a day and depend on supply and demand as well as holiday seasons.

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 80% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 20 days before arrival, you will receive a 70% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 4 days before arrival, you will receive a 30% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 3 days before arrival, you will receive a 15% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
