Melissa Salinas Rannenberg will guide you through these days of conscious deceleration with a clear, calm presence. The combination of Qi Gong and meditation helps to stop the carousel of thoughts and cultivate new energy - very gently, very naturally.
Qi Gong is a millennia-old Chinese practice that harmonizes the flow of energy in the body through slow, flowing movements. You start the day with mindful Qi Gong exercises that bring body, mind and breath into harmony. In the afternoon, guided meditations await you to help you relax more deeply, look inwards and develop serenity. The program also includes sessions on breathing awareness and mindfulness in everyday life.
The retreat is suitable for beginners as well as people with previous experience. It is not about performance, but about presence. The program is deliberately kept to a minimum - time for walks in nature, silence, reading or simply being is part of the experience. The surroundings of the Mountain Retreat Center, with a view of the Zahmer Kaiser and embedded in the peaceful landscape of the Chiemgau, enhance the effect of the practice.
Program scope: Start on the day of arrival at 4.00 pm with a gentle Qi Gong session, end on the day of departure after breakfast. Two sessions on each of the full days: Qi Gong in the morning (2 hours), meditation & mindfulness in the afternoon (2 hours).
What you will take away from this retreat:
- More serenity and inner peace for everyday life
- Simple Qi Gong exercises to do at home
- New impulses for mindfulness and self-care
- Increased body awareness and more energy
