Nervous system regulation with practical tools to combat inner turmoil and mental overload.
Lunchtime: Organic lunch together in the villa. Afternoon: Free time for swimming, walking, journaling & reflection. Personal 1:1 impulse sessions for individual clarity. Option for tarot interviews – clear questions, clear answers, beyond fortune telling.
Evening: Evening yoga, reflection rounds, honest exchange in small groups. Astrological & numerological classification as a guide for the next step. Topics of the week: Nervous system regulation, decision-making, embodiment, astrology as a tool for reflection, tarot impulses, journaling & integration, conscious new beginnings.
After the retreat: 4–6 weeks of gentle follow-up support via Zoom to help you integrate what you've learned into your everyday life.
