🌀 Arrival & Grounding (Saturday) We begin on Saturday morning with tea and light snacks to help us arrive. Through circle work, playful exploration, and creative preparation, the nervous system can regulate itself—and the group field begins to form.
🌿 Rapé Circle We come together in a rapé circle to center and ground ourselves. Rapé is used in various indigenous traditions to clear the physical, mental, and energetic levels—and to reconnect with one's own essence.
🌿 Ceremonial journey & ceremonial cacao In the afternoon, we enter the main part of the retreat: the ceremonial inner journey, accompanied by a clear, respectful, and professionally held structure. In connection with ceremonial cacao, we open our hearts and deepen the connection—with ourselves and in the circle.
Another medicinal plant accompanies this journey and supports the inner process: you turn inward, listen, feel, and encounter what arises—held in a safe container. 🍲 Shared dinner After the ritual, we eat together. This supports the return to the body, grounding, and gently arriving in the here and now.
🔥 Fire ritual · Silence · Nature The evening unfolds mostly in silence. We gather around the fire, go out into nature, rest, and allow integration to happen organically. Less doing – more being.
🧖 Sauna & embodiment A private sauna supports deep relaxation and embodied integration. Warmth, rest, and regeneration help to anchor the experience in the body. ☀️ Conclusion (Sunday) On Sunday morning: breakfast, a gentle integration circle.
🎨 Art & creative integration Inner processes often go beyond words. That's why creative work flows into integration: expression, design, and a space where experiences can take shape—without pressure, without "right or wrong." A joint conclusion after lunch. Many leave the space feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
