Inside Flow® meets Yin Yoga

Picturesquely situated on a gentle hill in the heart of Mallorca, our finca is the ideal place to linger and reflect on the important things in life. An oasis of tranquillity surrounded by olive groves and fig trees with a variety of recreational opportunities. Relax by the pool, on a walk through the garden or in our spacious spa with indoor pool, saunas and massage offers.

We pamper your palate with vegetarian-vegan full board. Enjoy a feel-good breakfast with Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, home-baked bread and much more until 11 am. In the late afternoon, you can fortify yourself with freshly prepared soups and salads before being invited to a buffet with vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.

Inside Flow®
Inside Flow® is a flowing sequence of asanas guided by breath and modern music. Each Inside Flow® is prepared on a special song with a choreography. You can feel the power behind each song and the feeling that you can't stop.
The breath guides the movements and each movement is synchronized with the inhalation and exhalation. For anyone who wants to experience a dynamic and powerful flow and improve their physical condition.

Deep Stretch
In contrast to the dynamic version of Inside Flow®, Deep Stretch stretches the muscles.
Light exercises strengthen the muscles, the stretching postures are held a little longer and we finish the session with a deep relaxation.

The charming Son Manera Retreat Finca offers you enough space to retreat and relax between sessions during this week if you wish. Or it is the place for a lively exchange and a lively togetherness - just as you wish.

Three free shared transfers are organized on Saturdays.

TIP: In order to be flexible for the trip to the beach and exploring the surrounding area, we recommend booking a rental car.

Departure times:
The transfer is included at the following times: (approximate values, can be slightly adjusted by the finca) Departure from Mallorca Airport: 14.00 h, 17.00 h & 20.00 h Departure from the Retreat Finca Son Manera: 07.00 h, 10.00 h & 13.00 h Individual transfers at other times and other days are possible at any time for a fee (€ 75,-).
