In this intensive retreat with the internationally renowned yoga teacher Akhilesh Bodhi from India, you will learn an asana practice that strengthens your deep muscles, ligaments and tendons and improves the flow of energy in the deeper layers of your body. These days cover all facets of yoga and is also an invitation for yoga teachers but also for ambitious yogis and yoginis who want to build strength, stamina and power to dive deeper and longer into postures, become more flexible and is for anyone who wants to dive deeper into the philosophy of yoga as a way of life. The 800-year-old square farm in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Catering

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

We practice classical hatha yoga, which forms the basis of all yoga styles. Our focus is on correct alignment in each asana so that you can create a better foundation for further asana practice.
Alignment is one of the cornerstones, the basis to prevent any kind of self-injury due to misalignment. Once we are well aligned, we are ready to flow through Hatha and Vinyasa flows.

basic principles of yoga philosophy:
During this week, you will also immerse yourself in yoga philosophy with your program leader Akhilesh. The aim is to understand the basic ideas of yoga - to find out how body, mind and soul are connected.
We will talk about a selected sutra of Patanjali to understand the mind and its turbulence. What are the emotions that cause our mind to become restless, dull, gloomy and depressed? And look at what solutions yoga offers for this.

Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:

Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h.
