We practice classical hatha yoga, which forms the basis of all yoga styles. Our focus is on correct alignment in each asana in order to create a solid foundation for our further practice. Alignment is one of the cornerstones to prevent self-injury through misalignment. Once we have achieved good alignment, we are ready to flow through hatha and vinyasa flows.

During this week, you will delve deep into yoga philosophy under the guidance of Akhilesh. The aim is to understand the basic ideas of yoga and discover the connection between body, mind and soul.
A focus will be on discussing a selected sutra of Patanjali to explore the nature and turbulence of the mind. What emotions make our minds restless, cloudy, gloomy or depressed? And how can yoga help to solve these problems?
