You are what you digest. We follow this guiding principle of Ayurveda. Ayurvedic nutrition balances the three doshas within us. It promotes digestion and stimulates the metabolism, ensuring that nutrients reach every cell.
We cook every meal fresh with lots of vegetables and fruit, rice, and legumes. We use typical Ayurvedic spices such as curry, turmeric, ginger, curry leaves, and cumin.
