The 800-year-old square farmstead in a secluded location with views over the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel region offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try new things, clear your head, and feel the impulse for change. Find retreat and tranquility at the natural swimming pond, in the woods, and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the sauna, scented with Swiss pine, and in the evening in a cozy gathering around the fire pit.

At the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you can expect modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine. Start your day with a feel-good breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, a variety of milks, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and various teas. At 2 p.m., we serve a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

Immerse yourself in a unique movement experience with Nia, which harmoniously combines dance, martial arts, and body awareness to give you pure joy of life. Every day, you can expect two intensive sessions in which you will immerse yourself in the world of Nia: The first sequence is dedicated to an hour of dance and movement to music, adapted to your personal level and your daily form, so that you can either strengthen yourself or recharge your batteries in a completely relaxed manner. Then, in another 30 minutes, you will learn about the different Nia formats, such as Nia Moving to Heal and Nia 5-Stages, which bring you into deeper contact with your body through gentle exercises on the floor or standing up and promote your balance, flexibility, and stability.

Finally, we will reflect together on the experience and explore how you can integrate the joy of movement and the feeling for your body into your everyday life in a lasting way. This special journey will give you new strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to yourself—and inspire you to continue cultivating the ease of movement in your daily life.

By train and bus Travel by train to Linz Central Station, from where there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times: Pick-up from the bus: 2:08 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
