5:00–6:30 p.m. · Meditation & welcome circle Guided meditation to ground and open up your inner space. Gentle energetic attunement, getting to know each other and consciously arriving in the group field. Intentions may be revealed – without pressure, without expectation.
6:30–7:30 p.m. · Dinner together (light, mindful, and prepared together) Mindful eating as a first integration practice. Connection, presence, and grounding through simplicity. 8:00 p.m. · Sauna ritual with aromatherapy
A consciously guided cleansing ritual for body, mind, and energy system. Warmth, high-quality scents, and silence support the release of tension and open the space for deeper reception. From 10:00 p.m. · Rest time Integration in sleep – the nervous system is allowed to regulate itself. ⸻ Saturday – Depth & Transformation
8:00 a.m. · Hot water with lemon Activation of the body, support for cleansing and inner clarity. 8:15 a.m. · Silent meditation outdoors Connection with nature, breath, and presence. Regulation of the nervous system and gentle alignment for the day. 8:30–9:30 a.m. · Breakfast preparation & shared meal

Grounding through rhythm, simplicity, and community. 10:00–11:00 · Breathing exercises & spiritual practice Various breathing techniques to activate, center, and expand consciousness. The breath acts as a bridge between body, emotion, and inner images – accompanying, securing, and regulating.
11:00–12:30 · Tea, conversation & soul space Open space for exchange, reflection, and integration. Energetic conversations in which processes are allowed to settle – without analysis, with presence. 12:30 · Lunch at the organic restaurant Nourishing break, enjoyment, and grounding.
2:00–2:30 p.m. · Rest time Retreat, silence, or sleep—anything is possible. 2:30–4:00 p.m. · Energy work—clarification & alignment Deep energetic support for resolving old tensions, patterns, and blockages.
Various techniques work on a subtle level and support emotional and physical relief. A regressive introduction allows access to deeper layers of the subconscious – safely, guided and gently. 5:30–6:30 p.m. · Introspection & heart work Guided inner journey to encounter inner parts, old memories or heart spaces.
Strengthening self-compassion, trust, and inner connection. The process is energetically accompanied and gently integrated. 6:30–8:00 p.m. · Dinner together (conscious, light, and nourishing) Integration through everyday life, connection, and simplicity. 8:30 p.m. · Self-encounter meditation
A deep, transformative meditation with regressive elements. Different techniques support immersion in inner images, memories, or emotional fields. Energetic support creates security, stability, and space for lasting change.
