In my work, I use regression-oriented hypnosis and trance processes, past life regression and guided inner journeys, intuitive energy work, channeling, and mindful reflection and awareness exercises, among other things. All methods serve to deepen self-awareness and inner clarity. They are used intuitively, responsibly, and always in accordance with your individual readiness.

Accommodation at the Astraea Resort During the retreat, participants will stay at the Astraea Eco Resort, a peaceful retreat close to nature in the Altmark region. The accommodation combines a conscious, sustainable concept with high standards of quality, comfort, and aesthetics.

The rooms are high-quality and stylishly designed, offering a protected space for retreat, relaxation, and integration of the retreat experiences. Great importance was placed on materials, clarity, harmony, and atmosphere in the design. The newly designed bathrooms underline the high quality standards of the resort and offer modern comfort in a quiet, harmonious environment.

Breakfast and dinner are lovingly prepared together and enjoyed in a peaceful atmosphere. These shared meals provide space for arrival, exchange, and mindful enjoyment. Lunch takes place in the organic restaurant of the Astraea Eco Resort and complements the daily routine with fresh, high-quality organic food.

Light snacks such as nuts and fresh fruit are available throughout the day. In addition, various teas, water, and lemon water are available at all times to ensure continuous, pleasant refreshment.
