A sample day with us:
Here you can get an overview of our training times. On average, our participants take part in 2-3 sessions a day. You can and should treat yourself to a break from time to time. We offer different workouts and training methods. This week you will also get to know new training methods. We offer you an effective mix of endurance, strength, relaxation and coordination training every day. You will receive our course plan at the start of the trip. This is the basic framework. Due to the size of the group and the variety of trainers, we can act flexibly and thus also incorporate our participants' desired workouts.
8.00 - 9.00 a.m.: Bootcamp or stretching (mobility/relaxation)
At boot camp, you can look forward to strength and endurance training. We use the "natural" conditions to go full throttle together. OR you can opt for our good morning stretching. Of course, you can also simply SLEEP IN. Strengthen yourself with breakfast and then the first Jumping Fitness session starts at 11:30 am.
11.30 - 12.30: Jumping Fitness session
We start our first jumping fitness session at lunchtime. Our team of jumping fitness trainers will plan the week so that the sessions are varied and you can try out different formats during the week.
14.00 - 16.00: Beach volleyball or simply RELAX
If you feel like it, you can put your beach volleyball skills to the test on the beach. We look forward to great beach sessions with you.
17.00 - 18.00: Jumping fitness session
2nd jumping fitness session of the day. Our jumping trainer will really get you jumping and sweating.
The training sessions will be targeted. We will really work you out on some days and in between the endurance unit will be an easy hike, for example. In this way, we provide different stimuli in a targeted manner and fun is guaranteed.
