In our SOUND OF SILENCE feel-good retreat, we give you an impulse to look inwards and become still with our tried-and-tested sonorous and active meditation, mindfulness and physical exercises, so that you can regain your peace and regeneration and also deal better with future challenges in everyday life.
We work a lot with sound (including gongs, singing bowls, Ko-Ta-Mo and many other sound instruments), which brings you back to your inner peace and relaxation.
With sound meditation and mindfulness, you will join us on a path of arrival, calm and self-compassion. You will develop more awareness of the time you need to relax and recharge your inner battery.

Experience deep relaxation in our KLANG DER STILLE wellbeing retreat in the beautiful dasKAISER garden hotel through, among other things, fantasy and sound journeys supplemented with selected body and awareness exercises such as elements from Yin Yoga accompanied by sound instruments to strengthen your wellbeing and compassion for yourself and your surroundings.
