On this journey, we will accompany you with our tried and tested sound spaces and mindfulness exercises lovingly selected by us, which will bring you back to your inner peace and harmony.
Through the gentle, relaxing but also powerful sound spaces, you will leave the hectic pace of your everyday life behind you and can start your regeneration on this weekend.
Our path also leads us to an oasis of serenity, lightness and letting go. There you will also find a place of inner stillness, mental and emotional peace. You can always return to this place in your thoughts when you need it as a haven of peace.
In the KLANGVOLL GLÜCKLICH sound journey retreat, we give you tools and impulses to take home with you that can be easily integrated and practiced in your everyday life.

SOUND SPACES: In our lovingly designed sound spaces, you can immerse yourself in listening and feeling with your whole body. The soothing sounds of our singing bowls, gongs and other wonderful sound instruments have a deeply relaxing effect and bring you to peace.
GUIDED MEDITATIONS/FANTASY JOURNEYS: During our fantasy journeys or guided meditations, we will guide you through a spoken fantasy story. We take you to a beautiful little island, to a calming waterfall, to a cozy crackling campfire or another beautiful place. We will accompany you with the sounds of our gongs, singing bowls and other wonderful sound instruments.
MEDITATION STILL & ACTIVE: By means of dynamic meditations, such as the heart chakra meditations according to Karunesh or active meditations according to Osho, we bring you to your peace through movement. Existing tension in the body is released through movement. The subsequent sound bath brings you back into deep relaxation.
RITUALS FOR LETTING GO, WISHING AND GRATITUDE:
To let go, we use a fire bowl to burn outdated beliefs that are no longer helpful in our current life.
With our wishes, we can invite new and beautiful things into our lives through the space we have gained.
You will be filled with gratitude when you think about how new and positive ideas can be realized in your life.
ATTENTION: With our exercises, you will learn how to let many thoughts rest and strengthen your connection to yourself and your grounding. Experience and consciously feel every moment again.
YOGA NIDRA: A yoga technique with which deep layers of consciousness can be reached. Psychic sleep can be achieved through complete deep relaxation with a clear consciousness.
YIN YOGA: Slow stretching can release deep tension and make your body more flexible again. The gentle movement brings your body and mind to rest.
