Accommodation

Room Reservations and Meals: Please note that the cost of rooms and meals is not included in the seminar fee. However, we have reserved a special block of rooms for our group. When making your reservation, please indicate in the “Comments” section whether you prefer a double room or a single room. The Vinnenberg Monastery will bill you directly for these costs:
Costs for a cozy single room with shared bathroom (for 2–3 rooms) with full board per person starting at 80 euros; for 2 nights = 160.00 €
Cost for a single room with private bathroom/toilet and full board per person starting at 90 euros; for 2 nights = 180.00 €
Cost for a double room with private bathroom/toilet and full board per person starting at 80 euros; for 2 nights = 160.00 €
If you are booking for your companion at the same time, please provide their name both during the booking process and when reserving the room at the monastery. This helps us streamline the organization. If you would like separate invoices, please make two separate bookings. Thank you for your support!

Catering

In the morning, we’ll be treated to a hearty breakfast. A full meal is served at lunch and dinner as well. A wide selection of fish, vegetarian, and vegan options is available. Full board is arranged for our group but is not included in the seminar price. Special dietary needs (allergies) can be accommodated. Please indicate these when making your reservation.

If you prefer vegetarian or vegan meals, please also indicate this when booking.

Arrival Day - Check-in available from 4:00 PM; enjoy the surroundings, garden, and tranquility
- 6:00–7:00 PM: Group dinner
- 8:00–10:00 PM: Getting to know each other, restorative yoga, breathing exercises, and relaxation (to settle in, unwind, and let go)
Day 2
- 8:00–8:30 AM: Guided meditation and mindfulness
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast, followed by free time for you
- 10:15 AM: Soul Yoga for relaxed shoulders, neck, and back, breathing exercises, and relaxation
- 12:30 PM: Lunch
- 1:00 PM: Free time for walking, reading, and unwinding
- 4:00 PM Relaxing Yin Yoga to let go, regenerate, and recharge, breathing exercises, relaxation
- 6:00 PM Group dinner
- 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM Deep relaxation to let go and guided meditation
Sunday/Departure Day
- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM Meditation
- Breakfast
- 10:30 AM Energizing yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation, closing session

- Time for a walk, journey home

Vinnenberg Monastery is conveniently located about 11 km from the county seat of Warendorf, between Warendorf-Milte and Glandorf, and is now one of the premier destinations for all kinds of monastery stays, retreats, recollections, and conferences in the Diocese of Münster.

...BY TRAIN
From Münster Central Station, you can reach the train station in Warendorf hourly (RB 67 “Der Warendorfer”: Münster – Warendorf – Bielefeld). The Warendorf train station is a 15-minute drive from Vinnenberg Monastery. The cost of a taxi (usually available) is approximately 24 euros for the ride.
