6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8:00 p.m. Seminar begins with meditation, mantra chanting, introductions, and a lecture.

* Some seminars with special topics also include a workshop in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m./2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and there is no yoga class in the afternoon, or the exercises are integrated into the workshop.
