Her focus: bringing lightness and joy into everyday life – through a soothing blend of Kundalini Yoga, gentle Yin Yoga, meditation, and breathing sessions. Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the yoga of awareness. It combines dynamic movement sequences (kriyas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and mantra recitation. The goal is to activate the life energy—known as kundalini—and get it flowing. The practice has a holistic effect: it strengthens the nervous system, promotes emotional balance, and supports mental clarity. Conscious work with energy centers (chakras) and breath can bring about profound change and a feeling of inner freedom. Twice a day, we gather on the mat for yoga sessions: in the morning with invigorating Kundalini sequences that stimulate circulation, open the heart, and give new energy. In the evening, Yin Yoga leads to stillness, releases tension, and creates space for regeneration. Each session is like a gift to yourself—with the goal of cultivating more connection, self-awareness, and joy of life. In Yin Yoga, you linger longer in the yoga asanas, thereby stimulating the fascia tissue.
Nina guides with empathy and humor, always mindful and with an open eye for the needs of each individual. Her classes invite you to let go of old patterns and give more space to the natural flow of life – whether through chanting a mantra or consciously feeling your breath.
Between sessions, there is plenty of time to let go and recharge your batteries: at the saltwater pool with a view of Montuiri, on walks, or during a quiet moment on the roof terrace. The vegetarian-vegan full board spoils you with fresh, regional ingredients and invites you to enjoy mindfully.
