There will be an hour and a half each morning and evening for yoga and meditation.
Meditation allows you to calm your mind in the present moment. Yoga helps you to be present in your body, pay attention to it and strengthen it. The focus is not on perfection, but on getting more and more in touch with yourself through the practice, developing kindness for yourself and integrating lightness into your life.
* Relaxation for body, mind & soul * - At lunchtime, you can consciously decide what is good for you: relax in peace and quiet on the beautiful grounds, or sunbathe on the beach 10 minutes' walk away, be inspired by the hustle and bustle of the small harbor or take a walk across the island.

* Self-love * - Every day there will also be conscious impulses to help you get to know yourself better and explore ways to live your life in lightness and abundance with self-confidence and warmth of heart.
You can use journaling questions to go deeper, explore your own patterns and make space for new paths.
You will learn to be a good friend to yourself and explore how you can support yourself with your wishes and needs and shape your life in a way that is good for you.
* Boat trip* - As a special highlight, there will be a boat trip together (only if you like, of course :)). Rocking on the gentle waves, relaxing in the sun and taking a dip in the sea - what could be better? 🙂
