In the relaxed and inspiring atmosphere of the yoga ashram, you’ll learn how to develop greater well-being, serenity, and positive energy through conscious laughter, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. The training teaches practical, simple relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and mudras, coordination exercises, forms of meditation, as well as healing exercises that guide you to your inner center and allow a deep, authentic laugh to emerge. Humorous yoga-based exercises, as well as laughter and movement exercises, promote joy, lightness, and community.

In addition, you’ll gain valuable knowledge about course concepts, current scientific findings, and the health benefits of laughter.
