Summary

In an old farmhouse in the south of Sweden, surrounded by beautiful nature, you can learn how to make pottery. We make pottery on modern electric wheels in a small group of a maximum of four people. The course lasts one week and runs from Saturday to Saturday.

You will learn how to work with different types of clay and porcelain. While the workpieces are drying and firing, you can go boating or swimming on the nearby lake, relax in the garden, go for a walk or paint in my old greenhouse. Towards the end of the week we will glaze and paint the pieces after the first firing. The house has a sauna and a hot tub, one double room and two single rooms for the four participants. The bathroom and toilet are shared.

The course takes place in the land of glassblowing in southern Sweden. If you are interested, a one-day glassblowing course can be organized as an option. An excursion to an elk park, approx. 30 km away, is also possible.

The course is very suitable for a group of friends, for a family with children from the age of 14 or for a short vacation of lovely and creative people.

If a fixed group of three or four people would like to come, I am flexible with the dates - just ask!
