Chanting mantras is often considered one of the highest forms of yoga - it combines breathing exercise and meditation, promotes the liberation of the heart and self-expression, and at the same time has a calming effect on the entire nervous system.
Singing strengthens physical and mental health, improves the immune system, intensifies breathing, has an emotionally relieving effect and helps to reduce stress - and it's simply fun! The calming effect of singing is even greater when we practice it together in a group.
In this retreat, you will join like-minded people on a special journey to your heart and to the sounds of your true self. Through a combination of physical yoga practice, mental clarity and spiritual fulfillment, you will have a transformative experience.
Look forward to:
- Daily yoga sessions: holistic yoga practice for body, mind and chakras. The yoga practice includes exercises
from the Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa yoga styles. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation round off each yoga
yoga session.
- Healing mantra chanting: let yourself be carried by the power of mantras and feel how inner blockages are released and
and happiness hormones are released
- Sound journeys & reflection: experience deep relaxation and heart opening through guided meditations and sound

By repeating protective mantras, we reprogram our cells with valuable frequencies and regulate our energy. This practice offers a unique opportunity to dissolve deep fears and blockages and to promote self-expression and spiritual growth.
Our experienced yoga teacher and mantra expert will lovingly guide you through these days of retreat with her voice, guitar and other instruments. We sing in Sanskrit, Gurmukhi, English and German to traditional and modern arrangements.
This retreat is suitable for yoga beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Chanting mantras is free from any pressure to perform and any expectations. It serves the development of devotion and the opening of the heart. "If you can breathe, you can sing!"
Singing opens a window to the heart and enables an expression of feelings - a joyful, touching and relieving experience. By singing together and connecting in the group, we also strengthen trust and confidence and thus find a connection to our inner world.
