This retreat is for anyone who enjoys exercise and wants to discover new ways of self-development and health. Whether beginner or advanced, the yoga sessions are open to all levels of experience and the dance/aerobics/cardio workouts are kept simple and accessible to all.
Our motivated and experienced program leader will support and guide you during these 5 days through this special journey to the self, always adapted to the needs of the group.
